Democracy is a form of government in which political decisions are made directly by the entire body of eligible citizens. Elections enable voters to choose leaders and hold them accountable for their performance in office. Therefore, elections provide political education for citizens and ensure that democratic governments are responsive to the will of the people. This research, using a descriptive-analytical approach, seeks to answer the question of what internal and external impacts, particularly on the crises and political issues in the Middle East, will result from a high-turnout election on March 1, 2024 (Esfand 11, 1402) in Iran. The findings of the research indicate that the maximum public participation in the March 1, 2024 elections for the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Assembly of Experts will not only strengthen and enhance the political legitimacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran domestically but also neutralize the conspiracies of the enemies of the Islamic Republic, leading to an increase in Iran's influence and power in the Middle East, thereby elevating the country's standing as a key player in the region. انتخابات، نقش اساسی در حکومت‌داری دموکراتیک دارد. دموکراسی، شکلی از حکومت است که در آن تصمیمات سیاسی مستقیماً توسط کل بدنه شهروندان واجد شرایط اتخاذ می‌شود. انتخابات این امکان را به رأی‌دهندگان می‌دهد تا رهبران را انتخاب کنند و آن‌ها را برای عملکردشان در مقام خود، مسئول بدانند؛ بنابراین، انتخابات، آموزش سیاسی را برای شهروندان فراهم و پاسخگویی دولت‌های دموکراتیک به خواست مردم را تضمین می‌کند. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی تلاش نموده است به این مسئله‌ پژوهش پاسخ دهد که برگزاری انتخاباتی پرشور در 11 اسفند 1402 در ایران، چه تأثیرات و پیامدهای داخلی و خارجی به‌ویژه بر بحران‌ها و مسائل سیاسی خاورمیانه خواهد داشت؟ یافته‌های پژوهش حکایت از این مهم دارد که حضور حداکثری مردم در انتخابات 11 اسفند 1402 مجلس شورای اسلامی و مجلس خبرگان رهبری، علاوه بر تقویت و ارتقای مشروعیت سیاسی نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران در داخل، ضمن خنثی نمودن توطئه‌های دشمنان نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران، منجر به افزایش قدرت بازیگری ایران در خاورمیانه شده و جایگاه بازیگری جمهوری اسلامی ایران را ارتقا می‌بخشد. /downloadfilepdf/1394750
