It has been considered as academic misconduct, an unequivocally wrong action that requires deterrence. This paper presents an overview of the issue of plagiarism and elaborates on different concepts and views regarding it. The paper further examines the concerns about plagiarism in the legal framework and the copyright infringement issues. It also addresses the challenges introduced by artificial intelligence (AI), and suggests methods for combating academic plagiarism. It is highlighted that creating standard rules for AI in research can balance innovation with ethics, ensuring academic work maintains its integrity. It is asserted that as AI introduces new forms of plagiarism, it is imperative to establish legal directives which would clearly delineate unacceptable research practices. As a pedagogical preventive measure against plagiarism, it is recommended that specialized training courses need to be implemented for both faculty and students. The curriculum should address traditional plagiarism as well as the applications of AI in academic research. This initiative could serve as a foundational step in updating the official definition of plagiarism to reflect advancements in AI technology. A principal obligation for educational institutions is to cultivate sophisticated digital literacy, encompassing a deep understanding of AI's capabilities and limitations. This approach is designed to reinforce critical analysis and independent thought, equipping students to employ AI as an aid to their scholarship, not a substitute for it. Keywords: plagiarism, academic integrity, copyright infringement, Artificial intelligence, Legal Concerns سرقت ادبی همواره یکی از چالشهای جدی در حوزه آموزش و پژوهش بوده است که می‌تواند استانداردهای کار علمی را کاهش داده و ارزش تجربه آموزشی را به طور کلی تضعیف کند. این پدیده به عنوان رفتاری خلاف اصول اخلاقی دانشگاهی شناخته شده و اقدامی نادرست و غیرقابل‌قبول تلقی می‌شود که نیازمند بازدارندگی است. این مقاله مروری کلی بر مسئله سرقت ادبی ارائه داده و مفاهیم و دیدگاه‌های مختلف پیرامون آن را تبیین می‌کند. همچنین، نگرانی‌های مرتبط با سرقت ادبی در چارچوب حقوقی و مسائل نقض حقوق مؤلف را بررسی می‌نماید. افزون بر این، مقاله به چالش‌های نوپدید ناشی از به‌کارگیری هوش مصنوعی اشاره کرده و راهکارهایی برای مقابله با آن ارائه می دهد. در این مقاله تأکید می‌شود که ایجاد قواعد استاندارد برای استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در پژوهش می‌تواند نوآوری را با اصول اخلاقی متوازن ساخته و از حفظ اصالت در آثار علمی اطمینان حاصل کند. از آنجا که هوش مصنوعی اشکال جدیدی از سرقت ادبی را پدید می‌آورد، ضروری است که دستورالعمل‌های حقوقی روشنی تدوین شوند تا مرز میان رفتارهای پژوهشی مجاز و غیرمجاز مشخص گردد. به عنوان راهکاری آموزشی برای پیشگیری از سرقت ادبی، پیشنهاد می‌شود دوره‌های آموزشی تخصصی برای مدرسین دانشگاه و دانشجویان برگزار شود. برنامه درسی این دوره‌ها باید هم سرقت ادبی سنتی و هم کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در پژوهش علمی را پوشش دهد. این اقدام می‌تواند گامی بنیادی در جهت به‌روزرسانی تعریف رسمی سرقت ادبی متناسب با پیشرفت‌های فناوری هوش مصنوعی باشد. یکی از وظایف اساسی مؤسسات آموزشی، ارتقا سواد دیجیتال پیشرفته است؛ سوادی که شامل درک عمیق از قابلیت‌ها و محدودیت‌های هوش مصنوعی باشد. این رویکرد به تقویت تفکر انتقادی و استقلال فکری کمک کرده و دانشجویان را قادر می‌سازد تا از هوش مصنوعی به عنوان ابزاری یاری‌رسان در فرایند پژوهش بهره گیرند، نه جایگزینی برای آن. کلیدواژه‌ها: سرقت ادبی، صداقت علمی، نقض حقوق مولف ، هوش مصنوعی، ملاحظات حقوقی /downloadfilepdf/2338850
