It deems necessary to consider this issue due to its ever-increasing growth. To retrospect articles 301 and 306 of Islamic law of punishment ratified in 2013 A.D., which deal with non-punishment of a father in case of murdering his child, is not deterrent according to the present conditions in the society; since it has not been effective in decreasing the rate of filicide. To settle this dilemma, what fast and inexpensive policies should be adopted? This study aims to answer the following questions using descriptive and analytical methods. The collected data in other researchers' studies demonstrates that cultural and educational activities are among the best strategies to solve the present issue; however, it has not been considered much. In line with this, the following actions have been taken: media mobilization, preparing formations for peaceful protests in the society to amend the law, emphasizing the support of children in the lectures, courses and allocating university courses to it, training individuals to help decrease the number of cases by using related films and animations. This strategy has been included in the passive defense model. Secondly, jurists' and lawyers' expertly meetings, amending the present law and stipulating new laws could be effective due to the overlap with the recent law, the population rejuvenating plan. آمار فرزندکشی ثبت رسمی درسال 1399 در ایران 75 نفر بود (خبرگزاری فارس، 1400). نگرانی از رشد روز افزون این حوادث، ضرورت تفکر اساسی را می طلبد. بازنگری در مواد 301 و 306 قانون مجازات اسلامی مصوب1392که عدم قصاص پدر در قتل فرزند را به عنوان مجازات این جرم در نظر گرفته است با شرایط موجود جامعه بازدارنده نیست؛ چراکه این عدم تناسب نتوانسته در کاهش نرخ فرزندکشی موثر باشد. برای رفع این معضل با شرایط فعلی چه تدابیر و راهکارهای کم هزینه و سریع می تواند موثر واقع شود؟ هدف این مقاله بیان پاسخ ها به این پرسش در قالب روش توصیفی و تحلیلی است. البته یافته های موجود از بررسی مقالات پژوهشگران در این زمینه به این نتیجه رسید که کارهای فرهنگی و آموزشی در درجه اول حل معضل فرزند کشی است و به این مقوله کمتر پرداخته شده است. البته اقداماتی همچون بسیج رسانه، تدارک تشکل هایی برای اعتراضات مسالمت آمیز در جامعه برای این امر از بابت اصلاح قانون، محوریت حمایت از کودک در مجالس وعظ و کلاس ها و تخصیص دروس دانشگاهی و تربیت مربی ویژه در آسیب شناسی فرزندکشی با کمک از فیلم ها و پویا نمایی و غیره مدنظر قرار گیرد. در الگوی پدافند غیرعامل این راهکار گنجانده شده است. در درجه ی دوم، نشست های کارشناسانه فقها و حقوق دانان عامل موثری می تواند باشد از بابت همسویی با قانون اخیر طرح جوانی جمعیت، اصلاح یا وضع قانون جدید. /downloadfilepdf/242892
