Respect for these rights, especially spiritual rights, which are of particular importance upon entering prison, makes the prisoner adapt to new conditions, but disrespect and disregard for these rights by prison officials or lack of sufficient knowledge of this rights may cause some risky behavior from the prisoner. The right to peace, the right to guidance, the right to communicate with the family, the right to hasten the release, the right to complain are among the spiritual rights of prisoners, which must be respected in all stages of the investigation of accusations and endurance of the sentence period so as not to lead to the increase of the occurrence of dangerous behaviors by prisoners and do not cause possible damage. هر فرد زندانی با ورود به زندان در فضای جدیدی نسبت به گذشته قرار می¬گیرد و در این فضای جدید، حقوقی را از دست داده و حقوق دیگری را به دست می¬آورد. احترام به این حقوق بالأخص حقوق معنوی که در بدو ورود به زندان از اهمیت ویژه¬ای برخوردار است، باعث می¬شود زندانی خود را با شرایط جدید وفق دهد. با این وجود، بی¬احترامی و بی¬توجهی به این حقوق از سوی عوامل زندان یا عدم شناخت کافی نسبت به این حقوق ممکن است باعث بروز برخی رفتارهای پرخطر از سوی زندانی گردد. حق آرامش، حق راهنمایی، حق ارتباط با خانواده، حق تعجیل در آزادی و حق شکایت ازجمله حقوق معنوی زندانیان به شمار رفته که لازم است در تمام مراحل رسیدگی به اتهام و تحمل دوران محکومیت محترم شمرده شوند تا منجر به تشدید وقوع رفتارهای پرخطر از سوی زندانیان و ایجاد آسیب¬های احتمالی نگردد. /downloadfilepdf/594602
